Wild Mushroom Crepes with French Herbs

Happy Go Lucky Vegan - you're going to love these French inspired Crepes with Wild Mushrooms and Herbes de Provences! I created them when I returned back from my honeymoon in France.  Making these warm crepes stuffed with delicately seasoned mushrooms was a lot easier than beaming myself back to Paris!
