What type of Dehydrator?
Does anyone have advice on what brand or type of dehydrator I should buy? They seem expensive. I want to buy a quality item that will last if I have to spend over $100.

I LOVE my Excalibur, I have used it almost every day for the last 12 months and it works a treat. They seem to come with the best reviews from raw vegans so I figured they should know what they're talking about! Not sure what you want to use it for but you can get them online starting at $105 for a four-tray :)
