raw vegan chocolate cookies

OMG, I just stuffed my face with warm chocolate cookies!! They smell soooo good and they are all soft and creamy. I promised myself "I'll just have one to make sure they taste ok"... Three (rather large) cookies later and I'm to distract myself from stealing a fourth by blogging. Argh! They're not even 'finished' dehydrating yet but that's the great thing about raw food - it doesn't need to finish doing anything because it's perfectly tasty as it is!!

My recipe is a bit of a mash-up from recipes I have found in various places and my own preference for chocolate goodies that aren't too sweet.... (get recipe)
