Mad Fiber and Cranberry Breakfast Bars

Ingredients:
oats
bran
pumpkin seeds
sunflower seeds
1 scoop Detoxifiber
shaved coconut
5 tblsp organic peanut butter (or almond butter or whatever butter)
2 scoops Dagoba Chai
2 scoops Dagoba Xocolatl
cranberries
milk or water
vanilla extract
bee pollen
Soooo, I've been trying to find a recipe for a few months now for a really good breakfast bar with a lot of fiber and which would give me a good burst of energy for the morning.  I also wanted the breakfast bar not to be too high in sugar bc that is just no way to get the day started!  In any event, I never really found what I was looking for so today I just decided to make something up and hear you have it!
How I made 'em!:
Mix together the oats, bran, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, Detoxifiber, coconut, chai and xocolatl in a bowl.  Add cranberries and mix together.  Add peanut butter and stir, knead, mush together until everything is sort of crumbly and sticking together.  Add milk (or water or mylk) until everything is soft and can hold a shape without chunks breaking off.  Add just a bit of vanilla extract.  Transfer all of this to a bread pan or a 9 x 9 pan and spread it evenly.  Give that bad boy a little sprankle of bee pollen.  Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until whenever.  Pound that shit.
