Penni, I want to thank you for featuring G Living on your community (rawfoodrehab) the other day. That was amazing of you. And here is the thing, I have left G Living's community in other peoples hands for a long time and nothing has really happened here. After joining your community I could see I need to focus my attention to G Livings own community. This could be an amazing place to interact with all the G Monkies out there. So, thank you. I hope I can whip this community up into action.... Lets see....

The BIG Thanksgiving Episode

I had such fun putting today's recipes together and filming the details for my weekly raw food segment on Raw Food Rehab. I hope you will at least enjoy the photographs and recipes I've put together. I'm wishing you and your family a beautiful, blissful and healthy holiday!…

Also since I am still trying to stay with this juice feast, I wanted to create a few recipes that would keep well for my husband to enjoy over this weekend. So I put together a trio of pastas and sauces to choose from and a fairly over the top dessert - raw spumoni ice cream!…

Brilliant Summer Basil

Parsley, Sage, Rosemary & Thyme - they're all wonderful, but in the summertime, it's basil! Basil is, or at least I think it should be, the official herb of summer. Basil's heady aromatic scent often permeates your herb garden and your grocery bag. Basil is an easy plant to grow, its only major requirements being full sun and consistent water. Its delicious flavor has made it the most useful herb in my summer kitchen for years. Today's I want to share with you a few ideas on how you can… Continue

Get Your Juice On

In an effort to beat the heat & to do a bit of cleansing, I spent this past week living on liquids. Here's a glimpse at what I've been drinking....

Green Day

1 cucumber

1 green apple

¼ cup parsley

¼ cup mint

2 stalks celery

1 tiny piece of ginger

1 lime, peeled

Push all ingredients through your juicer. This particular combination is wonderful for promoting…
