I'm the kind of girl that always carries food with me. You'll never catch me making an "ooops" food decision just because I'm hungry. When I can plan for it, it's usually fruit or a smoothie. But sometimes I have those situations when I don't think I'll be out to long and I leave the house full...so I've got to have backup.
