I am so excited because I finally found a source for truly gluten free hulless oats. Since I sprout, dehydrate and grind my own flour, I wanted to be able to offer a truly gluten free snack. The oats are certainly more costly, but well worth it to be able to offer completely gluten free goodies...

Turning a Catastrophe into Something Yummy
I was making some raw cashew hummus today to bring to a friends' house tomorrow. La la la, on auto-pilot.
I ran out of tahini and opened up a new jar...
I even stirred it up and thought, "Wow, that's some creamy tahini!" Only it wasn't tahini, it was coconut oil. UGHHH!!!
So now, I have a blender filled with ground cashews, garlic, water and COCONUT OIL!!!! (And not a little bit either).
What to do?
Add some ginger, curry powder, tumeric, nama shoyu,… Continue

Am I In the Twilight Zone Or The Never Ending Story??? "...Any Day Now..".
Sometimes, I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone, or a scene from The Never Ending Story. The Universe has certainly dealt its challenges in the past year and I'm really looking forward to the NEXT chapter...and not the same old same old.
