Last year, about a year and half ago (whenever the 'Thrive Diet' was published) I went head on into this lifestyle. Great choice. I still eat a little salmon from time to time, but for the most part its all vegan. Dairy and eggs still turn me off, but I've never enjoyed milk; the smell or something.
