Barbara, I haven't been logged in for a while, I had no clue you were having more problems with events revolving around your mom being in the hospital. I'd say you've had more than you deserved!

I'd like to know does anyone have any concoctions to spray for ants, carpenter ants and wasps???? I'm so tired of using chemicals......

Hope you are feeling better, I have also been very involved with essential oils for many years and raw for over 1 1/2 years. I hope you can use some of the oils to relax. It is tough to have a parent that is not well. I love Young living brand oils, Peace and Calming is a good one Lavender and lots more. and for sure the raw food will help cleanse your body. How long have you been raw? I love your site.

Well, I ended up going to ER while here in FLorida to take care of my mom...and they admitted me...spent 2 days in hospital for High Blood Pressure and chest pain...out now...and the car someone loaned us...died...OY...talk about challenges...

Now have to figure out how to get back and forth to hospital...to see my mom and NOT get myself stressed.

GOOD NEWS...my cholesterol since I've started eating raw is WAY lower than it was the last time I had it checked..YAY RAW!!!!

I'm trying to eat more raw food and have been looking into getting the Health Master by Montell...anyone have this and love it or hate it? Or does anyone have any other suggestions. I want to be able to make all kinds of juices and smoothies and I love that it makes hot soup in it too and I can get many more veggies into my daily eating routine.
