This is a picture of my Chocolate Coconut Bounty cake. Soft fluffy coconut layered with chocolate fudge and topped with a rich chocolate icing. Mmmm...

This powered up, cool you down green drink was totally delicious this morning.....the meat & water of a young thai coconut, half a bag of frozen mangoes, the juice of one orange and one lime, 1/2 a jalapeño (seeded) and 2 tsp. spirulina.
